Enjoyed the resort very much. Staff was very lovely and attentive to our needs. My teenaged children especially loved the Flow Rider. Staff was very professional. Xavier and Joaquin, Adzon took the time to teach them how to ride. I watched your staff for over an hour. Loved how they interacted with the children. Would definitely recommend to friends.
Butler Team Made our Stay!

Extremely happy we made the decision to purchase the Star Class that came with Butler (personal assistances) Octavio Jr and Enrique made our stay so much more relaxing. We were 2 families of 4 and did not have to worry about anything. Octavio and Enrique made our dinner reservations each night, followed up with us during/after dinner to ensure everything went well. Each morning they would send us a text letting us know what the activities/show where. If we had a question they were there and responded in minutes. We had an issue with our safe (human error) and instead of just sending us to our room to wait for security to help us Octavio walk with us to our room and waited for security with us. Amazing!! They were very present on the resort and would text us who would be working what day and what shift. Octavio and Enrique thank you for making our stay a wonderful family vacation!
