The staff are amazing. They are so helpful. My daughter absolutely loved this hotel. She is 5 and loved the kids club! She spent a lot of time with the girls Jennifer, Fatima, Yadira, Brenda, Itzel and Aylin. The kids club and activities made this holiday so enjoyable as it gave me and my husband some us time. They done so many activities with her like face painting and making necklaces and puppets. The list goes on and on. My 13 year old son was so occupied with the basketball court and all the activities they had on at the pool and beach. The food was amazing also. Our favourite restaurant was the Japanese. The service from Antonio and the rest of the staff was spectacular. We had a couples deep tissue massage from Rachel and Yedi and oh my! The best massage iv had to date. It was the best. The hydrotherapy pools was a bit disappointing but came free with our star class. Our butler Frenanda was very attentive and seen to any issues we had. Our room was a bit disappointing as we upgraded to the entourage room and all the cupboard doors and drawers would not close properly as if there was an earthquake. Only thing I will say is DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING UNATTENDED! My sunglasses went missing from under my beach towel at the kids pool. My son also left his phone in his bag under a beach towel on a bed at the beach and someone took his phone out his bag. After him frantically searching the beach for hours with his friends he found us. When we approached security and the manager the situation was handled very well. Jorge was very helpful and very reassuring. They had 5-6 security guards at the beach with us searching. Then they checked our room as it was procedure. After 6 hours we received a call from my sons phone that had been turned off all day to say they had found it on the beach. We had previously been told that the towel men had been rolling up towels and belongs and putting them in the towel bags. So just be cautious of this. Overall the hotel is very clean, staff are super friendly and very helpful. Issac one of the manager and two of the star class butlers Fernanda and Jorge made out stay along with the kids club girls.

The resort overall looks nice and has quite a bit to do but of my family of 4 three of us became sick there. My husband and daughter both got sick with stomach problems and missed 2 days of our vacation (they didn't not use sink water). Now I have come home with a horrible cold. We also arrived a week after Beryl. The water levels in all the pools were down at least 2 feet including our swim out, They had them almost back to the correct level right before we left at the end of our week vacation.

The room is so great and tidy and there is so much to do at this place. This resort is so organized and there are tons of activities to do. Some of the activities that I’ve done are soccer, the foam party, and beach volleyball. Beach volleyball was my favourite out of those ones because of this great instructor named Nando, Nando is part of the star troop team and he is literally the best!! He is so social and he always helps out if you need help with doing something. This resort is so great and I love it. Definitely go here, five out of five stars.

This resort is unbelievably good. From the kids club and all the activities they have for the kiddos, to the daily activities for teens and adults. My son’s favourite thing to do daily was play volleyball at 11am & 4pm by the beach. Big shoutout to Nando for making my son’s trip extra special. And my two butlers Enrique and Octavio went above and beyond to make this a memorable vacation.
