It was my first time in Cancún and overall the service was excellent. Check-in was a breeze and quick. I upgraded to diamond club and was introduced to my butler, Ricardo. He was very friendly and showed me where the diamond club exclusive areas were and walked me up to my room to talk about what to do in the resort. I enjoyed the ease of being able to dine whenever and wherever I chose. I visited the spa and received a hot stone massage by Vivian, who was absolutely amazing. The spa was beautiful and such a great experience. Unfortunately, the weather/tropical storm limited the things I could do. Despite that, Ricardo made sure to keep in touch with me to check on me daily and ensured I had the daily activities taking place at the resort. He was quick to respond and was always there when I needed something. For anyone that is visiting as diamond club, request Ricardo if you are able to!

I will try to write an honest review from someone from UK. We went diamond club and presidential suite. Check in was smooth and our butlet Segio was good. He whats app me every morning to make sure we was ok and he also sent us the daily schedule - we mainly used him for dinner reservations but other couples we spoke to booked via the app and never had a problem. I wouldnt go diamond again, nothing wrong with it - just dont think it was needed as we didnt really get top shelf drinks either. Food was decent, we liked the steak house, we felt asian and mexican was average. However, in our opinion - this was the best buffet I had ever been too, it was so good with so much choice, we ended up just going there a lot. The vibe was brilliant around the hotel, the staff are fantastic, specifically Elena who was funny, professional and always came to say hello. Our waiter was Angel around the pool he was legendary! We found the swim up bar servers a little rude - appreciate it was very busy there so we just used the other bars. Location is brilliant, can walk to main bit where coco bongos is. We had an amazing time, and we were there when the water went out and a hurricane. But that didnt dampen spirits. We met so many new people, from UK and USA - and that made it a really good atmosphere around the pool and at the entertainment. Would recommend 100%. However, if you want quieter hotel, this wont be for you but if you want fun and atmosphere - book here!
