The hotel is great in a good location 20minutes walk to Cancun main nightlight,I went diamond club and the drinks are much better,I had a butler called Sandra and she was amazing catering for my every need ,nothing is to much trouble .She booked all my trips and meal times in the restaurants . Beware of the tap water as a lot of people picked up stomach upsets during my trip ,I did see the hotel doctor but at a.charge of £150 he said I had a water virus but I’m not sure as I was also sick on the last night after eating seafood ,If it wasn’t for the sickness I would of gave 5star rating ,overall a good trip to Cancun

Loved the Vespa Italian restaurant! Nellson and Octavio served us and they were the best - they treated us with 2 extra dinner plates so we could all try the lamb and it was delicious. They were the kindest servers and made us feel like family. I had the lasagna too and it was phenomenal. Would definitely come back!
