Please note the following scheduled maintenance to the main lobby ceiling for Seadust Cancun, effective from now to July 16, 2024.
During this period, certain areas of the lobby will be temporarily closed including the Front Desk, Gym, and Spa. However, please rest assured that the hotel is doing everything in its power to minimize inconvenience and keep disruptions to a minimum. To facilitate a smooth transition during this maintenance period, the following actions have been implemented:
Main Reception: Relocated to the Creperie area. Guests Services will be handled at the Chief Concierge office. A waiting area will be located behind Gelato. Reps’ office, Discova, Photoshop and Car Rental will be located at the office right next to the Concierge.
Hospitality Desk for TA Reps: Will be available at the Midway Bar. Prior appointment required via email with 24 hours' notice. Contacts: Ana.Cisneros@seadustcancun.com and Barbara.Torres@seadustcancun.com
Gym: Will be relocated to the Fun Bar with gym equipment overlooking the sunset side of the property
Spa: Due to possible noise, the spa will be relocated to the 8th floor to take advantage of the spectacular Sunset views that the premium suites provide

We had a family suites and it was so outdated!

We stayed at this resort for 6 days and 5 night and it was the worst! Everything online was fake. The water park was horrible, it was old there was moles everywhere. The kids pool had ants everywhere. Staff there were not friendly or helpful. My kids was so hungry and I went to the healthy snack bar to grab sandwiches but the girl that was packing out the food said to me don’t take anything yet because she has to take a pictures! How ridiculous! Asked for a bottle of water they told me to call room service! They’re not helpful. I would never return to seadust.

I would NOT recommend this property at all, I had the ocean view suite, little to no hot water, the smells like it has a plumbing issue, the food at this place was so terrible I went out to eat most days, ac only in the rooms and a few common areas, staff is nice tho
