I would not advise anyone to stay at your hotel until the renovations are finished. It is very disappointing to arrive at a resort with the intention of resting and find yourself in the middle of construction work. We were on the 11th floor and the work on the 12th is unpleasant. In addition, we had damage related to this work in our room. It took 5-6 interventions with the front before someone came to assess the damage. Unsurprisingly, we had to be relocated to a lower class room. The next day we returned to our room after waiting 2 hours (5 p.m.). We were nevertheless told that we would have a room at 3 p.m. As compensation, a jute bag and 2 restaurant reservations. Javier did what he could. But I do not think it was enough, several other options could have been satisfactory. On another aspect, there is a lack of umbrellas and palapa. Several customers do not respect other customers and no intervention is made by staff (very loud music, invasion of other people's space, excessive noise). Fortunately, the sun was there and we ate well. But I will not return, it is a shame you have a magnificent resort but it does not meet expectations.

The first and last time at an all inclusive. Do not go here unless you like waiting two hours for dinner just to receive a below average meal. The drinks are all fake sugary flavors that don't even taste good either. The reason it is all inclusive is because they cut costs and give you low quality food and drink.
