The level is not worth it

We didn’t find the Level worth it. We don’t need top shelf and we didn’t even get our ‘guaranteed’ palapa reservations. We were traveling with children (4 and 8) and they absolutely loved the kids club her...e. Sussy is WONDERFUL! The family pool is great too. There are plenty of activities for both adults and children. No drink service at the family pool but you can easily grab drinks at the bar and food at the snack bar and bring it to your chairs. Freddy and the other bartenders at the bar near the family pool were awesome. Even when our kids were at the kids club, we much enjoyed the family pool/bar far more than the adult pool/bar. Service was quicker too! Overall, the staff is absolutely amazing! The spa massage was one of the best I’ve ever had (ask for Filomena). The taqueria (Jorge!) and the Fish House were by far the best food!!! Hands down. The view for the Level tower was fantastic, but no other notable perks. Our AC didn’t even work. We would definitely come back, but definitely not ‘level up’

Dirty room furniture and bed pillows. Bathroom water leak, Poor food quality at the buffet restaurant, particularly at lunch and dinner. Too small portions of proteína (meat) at the specialty restaurants. ...Chip house wine served at the buffet and specialties restaurants (Tomillar 4.5 euros per bottle in the european market). Thought to reserve a tablet on the specialties restaurants. Web page does not provide transparent information on the available accomodations and services.
