Great staff. All very friendly. Alfonso with concierge was fabulous. He always greeted us and checked on us when we walked by the level office. My husband says Melia needs a sports bar ?? And I myself would be thrilled if Melia would encase their mattresses and pillows. It helps the hotel and guest. Adds years to a mattress as well. This also cuts down on any “bugs.” The food was not as great as usual (this is our third visit) however the new Taco house was fabulous! Miquel worked in there and was super attentive and friendly. Ana in the main dining was great as well. The head waiter (forgot his name) was also great. We usually come in April or June. The weather is much better then over November. Overall it was another great time.

We had a great time. Perfect location, amazing staff. Manuel, Martin, Nemesio, Teodoro, Erick at the bar. The front desk staff and people from Level in general everyone was great. Highly recommend
