Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious which was what we needed travelling with 3 teen boys! Room and common areas kept clean. Nice that the pool area had adults only from 10-11pm. Decen...t gym set up with a variety of free weights and cardio. Breakfast had a great variety.

Good pillows, good size room, they have a good sized pool and hot tub, breakfast selection is really good too, we were happy with all of that .. but I'm still waiting for my deposit back! Have yet to hea...r back from the hotel manager about this. I will be rethinking future stays here, hyatt place west used to be our go to.

From the moment my family and I arrived, she was so friendly, accom...modating, and truly made us feel at home. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure our comfort. Her warmth and attention to customer service went above and beyond, making our stay truly memorable. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care for guests, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Jackie and staff.

Excellent stay. Very clean rooms easy to get in and out Of the location Great staff good breakfast Parking was excellent. Well lit ample room Rooms were very clean nice couches. Good bathroom amenitie...s. If you forgot anything they had it at the front desk Would recommend and would stay again
