Very clean. Breakfast was ok. Not very good. They need to separate food. Some people don’t eat pork.

A Modern Brand New Hyatt Place with Excellent Service and Lovely Rooms! While the exterior is fairly unremarkable, the interior of the main public area was nice with a lovely lobby area and many guests ate their takeouts there. The check in and check out experience was great, and the staffs were very friendly. When I asked about a few things, they answered directly and gave me some good advice. The room itself is fairly standard across most Hyatt Place in North America. The fitness center are mostly cardio with one bench and one set of dumbbells. The swimming pool is fairly typical of a similar grade hotel. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the famous Edmonton Mall is about 10 minutes car ride away, and 30 minutes walking. I took Uber there and walked back after a filling dinner. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The only minor issue is breakfast, which is free for everyone, and is basically a nightmare scene during the Sunday morning I was here. I found spaces but the food ran out quickly. The staffs worked very hard but the capacity and the space just did not match up. Honestly I would walk to a nearby diner if I had more time and was not in a rush back to airport. In conclusion it is a nice stay and I will not hesitate to return if I need to be in the area. Thanks to the friendly staffs for a pleasant stay.

Great Location close to the Henday for getting around Edmonton/St Albert/River Valley, Many local malls for shopping, helpful staff, Breakfast buffet. Fitness area/pool/hot tub for my Morning workout. Very much enjoyed this hotel with family in St Albert, Mill Woods, location made getting where I needed to go easy.

Good place to stay, lots of parking, good break fast and front desk staff was great too. rooms are bit smaller than other hotels
