Great service and location. Recommend high floor King suite with L couch for relaxing solo mini break. Second time staying here as a getaway to finish Christmas shopping and gift wrapping in solitude. Did not end up with the larger King suite this year but room was cute and very quiet.

Over all, it was a great experience. Shout out to Jackie and Sarah of front desk who went above and beyond making my stay great. I booked multiple rooms for my wedding and they make everything easy. Very accommodating to my request andve4y helpful to my guest.

Great location. We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms sre spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you to Ms. Jackie Jimenez who made us feel at home and all the staff as well made us more comfortable. Highly recommend!????????

Very good experience staying at this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included with the hotel stay was pretty good - it wasn’t the same everyday, but decent options. The hotel is clean and modern. The only downside was not having a safe in the room so I had to carry around my personal belongings that I normally leave in the safe. It was located on a street with a lot of other hotels and was close to a lot of amenities including West Edmonton Mall.

Have stayed here many times over the last couple of years. Service and cleanliness of the hotel are always top notch. We will continue to come here when visiting the city as long as the service remains the same! Would be hard pressed to find better value.
