Do NOT stay in Twin Fin
Rusiwi on Apr 26, 2025
Premium location but way below average stay, def not worth the price you pay. Poor customer service apart from parking attendants downstairs, we did wonder what resort fee was even for? Bed was comfortabl...e but bedding was stained - showed pictures but it never got changed. Booked it online through third party agent and website referred to “breakfast included” - it wasn’t. In all other places we stayed in Hawaii everything was exactly or much better than advertised, evidently the Twin Fin prides itself as an exception. Pretty disappointing overall but hey you only go there to sleep in a stained bed and not get fresh towels daily, so not a big deal with so many things to do in Ohau.
No breakfast

Arrived at 8 PM it’s a $45 Uber ride to the hotel I get to the hotel. I check in there’s a $380 resort fee doesn’t look much like a resort plus I’m Travelocity. I asked for breakfast included that was one ...of the main reasons I picked this hotel I get here. The receptionist told me no there is no breakfast included. That’s not how it was booked so no breakfast I have to pay for that plus the resort fee. I’m writing this the first day here rooms are small. I got the king size bed with the the partial ocean view. I look at the balcony and look to the left and there is the ocean kind of upset that I had to pay for breakfast for this whole vacation when I paid $1600 for the five days stay
