We had a lovely ten day holiday staying at The Twin Fin. The hotel is a fun place to stay and the location is fabulous. Sadly, during our stay we found the only staff members that were friendly to us were the Cleaners. The reception staff never smiled, no welcome when we arrived, rude when we asked for information and just looked miserable! The front desk reception is a valuable part of a stay at any hotel/resort and a warm welcome is always appreciated!!

A/C and internet upgrades are a must, and what’s up with the elevators. Barely worked and took forever, no in room dining ??????? And I won’t mention everything else. Brian was the only help and delight of the whole hotel

Very clean a little older but still very nice breakfast is ok pricey but good with a great view. We ate out everyday. Not a rowdy crowd Lotta families. Guest service very responsive and text you to see if you need anything. Would stay again. Towels chairs boogie boards etc. Available at no extra cost.

This hotel fit our needs perfectly! The location and view were perfect. We upgraded to a suite since it there were 4 adults in the room. A standard room would have been tight. It is not a luxury hotel but for the price in Waikiki, it fit the bill. If you have money to spend go somewhere else but if you need a nice place for a home base than it is perfect!

The Twin Fin Waikiki is a hotel with a wonderful location. There is kind and patient staff.Hotel provides you with chairs and towels for beaches which is saving your money.I should have a breakfast over the hotel I believe next time ??
