Great hotel!

We had a short one-night stay at the Hyatt Centric but really enjoyed it. Samay at the front desk was wonderful! She helped us check in early and we really appreciated the ocean view! The hotel was very clean and modern. We would gladly return to the Hyatt Centric!

Nice, very well located hotel. Rooms are clean and a reasonable size. Pool area is fairly small although we weren’t really there to sit by a pool. Helpful staff. Not sure about the dining area as we didn’t visit it. Fairly quiet (floor 15). Just a little bit of noise from outside No balcony which would have been nice

Located a few mins walk from the beach. Quiet. Confusing elevators on entry- sign says lobby is on 8th floor but there’s no 8th floor on buttons only an L - seemed to confuse most new arrivals! Easy access to bars, restaurants and shops. Clean, comfy bed. Good service from lobby staff. No balcony.

As a globalist I received a upgrade at check in which was nice! This property has no dining built in to it so no breakfast or anything, but not to worry lots of food options and shops around the hotel! Amazing looking lobby, clean and very much fits the Hawaii vibe. Great open space and lots of work areas if you need the space outside of your room. Parking is directly connected to the elevators between rooms which was a plus. Check in staff were warm, welcoming and nice. They have a wadding pool, and a hot tub for casual dipping but its ok the beach nearby so definitely a none issue, its a Centric first and foremost. Rooms were spacious and amazing views from the room. AC was great! and water stations were great! The free water bottles provided were a great way to save on buying water. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Perfect location! It is just one block from the main street and minutes from the beach. It is a straight shot down to the best part of Waikiki Beach. Clean and large room with a large bathroom. Around the corner is lots of great restaurants and shopping plazas. I would definitely bring my family back again.
