Great location as it is walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and the Royal Hawaiian Centre. Hotel was clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. The lobby and pool area is a nice place to chill.... The parking garage is quite tight so be cautious if driving an oversized vehicle. Overall the hotel was lovely and would definitely stay here again!

Globalist members beware— no breakfast options available. Nice hotel— but not remotely on brand for a Hyatt Centric in both quality or experience. I wouldn’t come back personally. Nice clean hotel, but jus...t not what I was expecting. Don’t get tricked by the “pool” either- it’s a splash pad.

Got in on promotion when resort fees are waived and the place is fantastic: close by to the beach and multiple cafes + small bites + restaurants. Special shoutout to Lea who did amazing housekeeping! She m...ade a spotless room and was super happy to accommodate my traveling schedule while getting the job done ASAP.

This is my first time staying at one of Hyatt's Centric brand hotels. I must say it was a very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable with a large shower which was nice after a long day in the sun. B...eing in the heart of Waikiki was also nice with a wide variety of food and drink available minutes away.

Great location, super friendly staff, excellent housekeeping. Lobby area is chock full of intsa worthy photo opps! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Please note that the bar at the hotel is... closed. Lobby area also has large gathering areas, TVs, microwaves, board games, water bottle refill station. Room was large, plenty of hanging room, but only 2 drawers for folded items, which wasn’t enough for us. Room also lacked in plugs for charging electronics. Bathroom lights were dim, I had to use my phone flashlight to put my make up on. ( Not that I wore make up everyday). That being said, large walk in shower, huge soaking tub, towel had a warm seat and came with electronic bidet. Hotel provided Shampoo, conditioner, body wash were great. I did not need to go buy my own stuff! Dry bar hair dryer was amazing! Dorm room fridge, safe, ice bucket was really a box to hold ice, you could not chill a bottle of wine in it. Towels were fluffy and soft. And plentiful. A/C worked great. Valet had Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards that we could use for free! Pool area had SPF 30 sunscreen and after sun aloe vera lotion. Pool is an adult pool, the hotel tub was very warm water and 3 feet deep. The rest of the pool varied from ankle deep to knee deep. Perfect depth for us to sit on pool and have a cocktail. There were chairs in the pool, and several cabanas that were free of charge. The afternoons were very windy at the pool. Picnic table to enjoy your food or play games. They had some snacks and Hyatt merchandise for purchase. We did receive 2 free refillable water bottles in our room. I would stay here again!
