Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location for food lovers, surrounded by amazing dining options! We had a good time at the pool near lobby. Cons: Unfortunately, despite booking an ocean-view room on the 16th floor, the ocean view was barely visible. The private pool is kinda small and it's a bit awkward for introvert person like me.

Very pleasant stay. I enjoyed my previous stay so it was an easy choice to return. If I had to give an heads-up it would be for the parking( it’s tight spaces) and there was a resort fee that is not noted on some apps. I don’t understand the resort fee. Overall it was a lovely stay.

The hotel has an excellent location in Waikiki. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and just a 3-minute walk to the beach. There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 8th floor, which is a great bonus. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help. The rooms are clean, the bedding is fresh, and the beds are very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

3rd stay at Hyatt Centric Waikiki - perfect central location. Quick walk to the beach and everywhere in Waikiki. Big spacious, clean, modern rooms. Nice small pool - not for swimming, but lounging in the cool pool or in the hot tub. Very nice front desk staff. Lovely place and will definitely stay again.

Overall, the experience with Hyatt Centric were above par. Except for the first year of Hyatt Centric, we have stayed at the Centric at least once a year and several times we have stayed twice a year. Hyatt has been our Go To hotel in Hawaii. Would recommend the hotel without hesitation.
