Great location / needs major renovation

The location is good. The hotel and rooms are very dated. doesn’t look like pictures. much older looking. the carpet needs replaced and the drapes are full of holes. the view would have been nice if the on...ly window looking toward the beach wasn’t so dirty.

The Park Shore Waikiki gives you a perfect view of both Diamond Head and Waikiki beach and is located right across the Honolulu Zoo. We enjoyed this smaller hotel that doesn’t get as busy and crowded as ...some of the other hotels in Waikiki. Guest Services made sure we enjoyed our stay by checking with us periodically throughout our stay with text messages. The rooms are a little dated but clean. Great security feature with the elevators requiring your room key scanned before selecting a floor. Overall, a great stay. We will definitely consider returning.
