Vacation with a friend

stephenkM9271DD (Vancouver, Canada) on May 26, 2025

Overall the hotel was very good and clean, with attentive staff. However the room was a little dated. I enjoyed Lulus restaurant and the view of the beach at happy hour. The air conditioning was a bit noi...sy but welcome. I would stay here again, with its central location.

Wonderful Time!

JUne N on May 22, 2025

Great location! We had a fabulous view of the ocean and Diamond Head from our balcony. It is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, the Honolulu Zoo, and delicious shaved ice! The staff were cou...rteous and responsive. The room was very clean, There were hygiene products such as body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner that I found excellent! The brand name is "Ula". I was amazed that the shampoo and conditioner made my hair fuller and very soft. The body wash and body also made my skin soft and had a nice scent. There is a bar and grill on the 2nd floor which serves delicious cheese burgers and good drinks. The service was quick and the atmosphere relaxing.

Very happy with our stay at Park Shore Waikiki

Gunnhild A (Borgen, Norway) on May 21, 2025

The rooms are nice and the location is perfect. It is located right by the beach, but there is also a pool at the hotel with a nice view. The staff and manager were so kind and friendly, and we would not w...ant to stay anywhere else for future travels then at Park Shore Waikiki.

Waikiki without the noise and hassle

Lynette S (Hoolehua, Hawaii, United States) on May 17, 2025

We have stayed here many times - great location, excellent food at Lulu's, great service. We have recommended it to many friends. We live on another island (Molokai) so have to travel to Oahu frequently. R...ight across from the Park and also across from the beach, yet quiet and peaceful. Love this hotel.

He Wahi Ho‘omaika‘i ia Jules: A Place of Aloha, ‘Ohana, and Quiet Beauty in Waikiki

MissHistory on May 15, 2025

I want to sincerely thank Jules for her outstanding support during our stay. She was incredibly helpful with everything, kind, thoughtful, and generous with her time. Jules offered excellent advice on veg...an-friendly dining, which made a big difference. She helped set up morning chairs and umbrellas, brought coffee cups for our morning brew, wine glasses for the room, and provided beach towels and tips for all-day parking on the street. At checkout, she went above and beyond by showing care and compassion when my sister was not feeling well and allowed us a bit of extra time. Jules, you did a great job. Mahalo nui loa. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, which was perfect for me and my two sisters. The location is unbeatable, right next to the park, just across the road from the beach, and around the corner from coffee shops, the Honolulu Zoo, and the Shell for music events. If you are lucky enough to know someone at the Outrigger Canoe Club, there is a peaceful beach nearby. The sunset across the road is truly magical, and sunrise hikes up Diamond Head are a must. This is not a five-star resort, but it has something more valuable: a genuine sense of aloha and ohana. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and we found the other guests to be friendly, open, and easy to chat with. It feels like a community. There are a few areas that could be updated, the pool needs some refurbishment, and the pillows could be replaced, but the new umbrellas were great, and the pool deck is a fantastic spot to relax. We used the small refrigerator for wine and snacks, ordered a decadent dinner from Lulu’s, and stocked up on souvenirs from Walmart and Costco. There is ice available on the 3rd floor, and the location is perfect, you can walk to the Uni, the JC, Punahou High School, and the Royal Hawaiian Heritage Jewelry Shop. Or simply take an Uber, Turo, or drive anywhere with ease. This is a great spot at the quieter end of Waikiki, full of charm and local flavor. We are grateful for our time here and especially for the care shown to us by Jules. Mahalo for helping us feel at home.
