The hotel was in a perfect location for us overlooking Diamond Head, parkland and Queens Beach. The Deck had a layback vibe a great service always with a smile. The reception and foyer reflected the surfin...g community and so a very comfortable place to watch the world go by. I highly recommend this classic hotel and would definitely stay here next time.

Beautiful and unpretentious hotel. The location was perfect and the staff was flawless. Everyone was friendly, helpful and kind. We had a city-view room on the 12th floor. The beds were comfortable and the... pillows were outstanding. We had an amazing week, and we would certainly stay here again!

The front desk People and everyone else are wonderful and yeah, open and excited, you're there.Which really makes you feel great! The room was a little bit smaller than I thought. It was gonna be a little ...outdated for the price! But all in all, I enjoyed my time here. The sraff made the difference. M J cleaned my room my first 2 days, it was a joy to come back to a clean and cozy room.

I was a bit worried because it seemed a bit far from the waikiki center on the map, but it was actually only a 5 min walk. And the view of diamond head and the Honolulu zoo was amazing. Lastly, I especiall...y want to thank Nick for being so helpful with our reservations and stay ??
