Never again!

Robyn P on Dec 28, 2024

Rooms poor value for money, quite small and dated. They were clean, beds comfortable and staff seemed nice , but we struggled with the noise. We were on level five initially and after mentioning the noise at check in on our return a week later, we were allocated level two. ??????? Had we not paid in advance we would have gone elsewhere. Our second room was once again near noisy lifts but also overlooked a very noisy hostel type accommodation. Would not recommend, nor would I ever stay again. Far better options in the area.

Rebecca was so nice and friendly. She really cleaned the room good. Even rhoivh we only wanted towels and wash cloths, she cleaned the room anyway.
