Stayed on Oahu for only one night of our Hawaii trip so we could visit Pearl Harbor. Picked this hotel at random as we wanted something with a pool that was close to the beach- the Queen Kapiolani was perfect. Our room was on the 18th floor overlooking diamond head and the beach, it was clean, quiet, nicely decorated and comfortable. Pool/deck/restaurant area is gorgeous and the food was great. More than any of that, all of the staff from check in, luggage storage, house keeping, waitstaff was absolutely top notch. We hit some snags due to an unforeseen health issue and the staff made it all so much better. Will be coming back for sure.

The check in was very smooth. They also have baggage delivery and pick up services. All the staff are very friendly. Our room was upgraded to the Ocean View room. View from the room was splendid. The location was very convenient, close to the zoo and Waikiki beach. Overall, a very good stay.
