This hotel is not qualified to be 4 star. The building looks really old. We were bumped to a much smaller room (like a storage room) than our original reservation room when there a group of airlines crews ...arrived at the same time as us. They cater to the airlines crews more than average travelers or families.

Overall, I had a very poor experience at the Ambassador Hotel. The primary issue was cleanliness; as others have observed, my room's carpet had stains and was torn in places. More concerningly, my bathroo...m did not appear to have been cleaned as the toilet was dirty and there was hair in the shower. With regard to amenities, the two Peloton bikes in the gym are non-functional, and there were no pool towels available. Additionally, this hotel doesn't offer daily housekeeping. I wouldn't stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

I have stayed several more times since my first review and have fallen more in love with the property. On my last visit, I could only book a two queen room and I'm glad I did. It was much more spacious! Lu...cky for me I got the last one and it was on the 19th floor! Great view from the balcony! My only issue was the water pressure from the shower was not very strong. Other than that I had a great stay. However, they have changed owners and I'm not sure if it will remain the same. But for this last visit, it was a great place to stay! Now sure how it will be with the switch in ownership. Some of the great deals are gone. I hope it doesn't change!

Lovely hotel with very good amenities. Friendly helpful staff. The pool was great for cooling off and relaxing. Good location, walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the relaxin...g holiday vibe of the hotel. Handy to bus stop to travel further afield. Highly recommend.

The rooms were soooo clean and the beds were perfect! Fantastic mattress snd the shower set up was excellent as well. Live music in the lobby was cool. Loves the open air lobby. I had and issue with a room... and the front dest staff was on it and changed my room and got me a room on the top floor with views of the water for days! Thanks again to the staff for being nice and especially Scheseen at the front desk for helping with my room change and remembering our name and asking if we were happy with our stay and going the extra mile.
