I had an amazing experience with Pacific Dream Photography at the Andaz, and I can't recommend them enough! Troy, our photographer, was fantastic. He had such a great eye for detail and really knows how to bring out the best in people. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away, which made all the difference. Whether it was a posed shot or a more natural moment, he captured everything beautifully. The photos turned out stunning—better than we could have imagined! Michael, the studio manager, was also incredible. He made sure everything was set up perfectly and helped us in going over everything and making sure we got the best pictures. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, fun, and, most importantly, the photos were amazing. They surely go above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them!

I felt the hotel is extremely overpriced for the facilities and service. Overall I would not stay here again. Only thing going for it is the location, the location is great in Wailea, rest of it not so much. Staff was often times rude and unhelpful and many times they would even ignore patrons. Overall not a great experience. Despite being Globalist, no room upgrade was provided.

Definitely not a 5 star service. Check-in was not good. I dont normally have to wait in line and stand to check in. Normally at this price point, I expect to sit and relax and the hotel come to me with drink and treats to do the check in process. The front desk forgot to give me towels and didnt explain much about what they offered. Not that I wanted a towel but if you offer it to guests, you have to do it for everyone. They cant seem to do the most basic, standard process right! Some employees are not friendly. You dont really see them greet you with a smile, it is more like they have to be there and serve you because they have to do it for a living but not because they want to be there! I didn't pay to stay with cash, but if you do, look somewhere else. Breakfast is good but it is pretty much the same everyday. I got it free for globalist, but not worth $49 + tax if you have to pay cash. Overall, I dont recommend it if you have to spend over $1k a night for it. The service is subpar

Extremely disappointing for a luxury cost: delays, unresponsive, disruptive alarms, overcharges, and ZERO communication. Not the relaxing, special family trip we expected. Still no response to my msg only sent me this survey requests

A lot of money for what you receive .The hotel staff is very kind and friendly, you just pay a lot of money expecting to receive an incredible experience. and it doesn't happen Honestly save your money and go to another hotel The food is very expensive and the taste is very bland.
