Good Value

Great location and good value. Pool is not comparable to equally priced properties in similar locations. There are not a lot of food options; there is a steakhouse and a food court with 4-6 options. Howeve...r, adjacent properties have more to choose from so this wasn’t a big deal.
Disappointing Head downtown

Overpriced, average to fair service. Rooms have old furniture and a fridge that barely works. Maids are lackadaisical. Better place to gamble your money. Yet they charge a resort fee, but give you nothing ...in return. Look elsewhere! Probably better downtown, that's where I'm going next time
Pathetic Front Desk Service

Absolutely terrible Front desk service. This was my 2nd stay at the Horseshoe for business. In February 2023 it was great, would have rated it 4/5 stars. I witnessed this trip 1 or 2 staff at the front... desk on average. It seemsd for every guest they would check in they had to go to a back room and take a minimum of 5 minutes to accomplish something? Line ups were constantly long and all the kiosks were down all week. I will be returning to Vegas for business and we will definitely reserve a different hotel
Terrible hotel.

Stayed 5 nights with no house keeping when it was requested at check in. The last night here housekeeping woke me up in the middle of the night when I have an early flight to finally clean the room. Can on...ly talk to an on site employee in person. Phone operators are only in the Philippians. Rooms are dated not worth $200/nt
Don't bother

Arrived on 15th Feb 2025. Despite having clear mobility issues I was assigned room 629. Well that was a hike too far. Got there to find toilet paper plonked on the floor of the bathroom and broken fixture ...on top of the cistern. Went back down to reception to request a room nearer the elevators. After a wait we were given. 1068. Nearer for me. On arrival I was made to sign for resort fees. Not being advised what they were for. Along with a deposit. Get to the room and sleep. Wake up and try to shower. Shower so bad I ended up rinsing my hair in the sink. Couldn't move again due to having an autistic son who was stressed enough after the 1st move. On checkout I asked what the resort fee was for. When told I had used none of them. Phone,WIFI, fitness centre. Was told it was manditory so tough.. I booked this way back and prepaid so they had my money for ages! I am emailing to complain as the state of certain things in the room doesn't deserve the room fee let alone the additional resort fee. Not even pillow slips on all of the pillows and room serviced just twice!
