How our frustration turned to WOW!

After a challenging check in process because of the nature of our larger group booking, and some front desk miscommunication, I must say, the hotel Manager, Veronica Hernandez went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and didn’t stop until my elderly parents were happy and well taken care of. She was patient, understanding, and genuinely cared to see us happy. She was able to turn around a seemingly hopeless situation, and absolutely WOW us! She is a true professional, highly capable, and her experience and wisdom in how she cares for not only her guests, but also how she ensures her staff are all aligned is truly commendable. During this most hectic time, we thank you Veronica for making this experience for our whole family a most memorable one!
Poor experience overall.

2 of 4 elevators were down all week, causing major congestion for other 2. Keys would constantly stop working at the door and to exit the parking lot and needed to be reconfigured every day. Our room did not get serviced even though we would leave and not put up the occupied sign on the door.

My check in process was smooth. Moises check me in. He was very professional and ask me questions for my visit. He suggested a couple restaurants. Thank you Caesar’s Palace. I try restaurants at Brasserie B. Check out process was smooth I just had to leave the keys in the room and got an email of my receipt.

Kiana was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the check in process , the room was very nice and we loved the convenient location, attractions and shopping near by. We highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service. Thanks you Caesars Palace.
Horrible - Serious Problems

Don’t waste your time. The staff will lie to avoid resolving issues. We were promised a refund but it was never received. The worst hotel service I’ve encountered after years of travel. Katherine attempted to solve our issues but in the end we were not refunded and there isn’t much we can say that is good. I can’t believe the way this place operates.
