The Encore & The wynn are beautiful hotels. All the restaurants are excellent. They were very accommodating with room placement. The non smoking floors were great. Our room was beautiful. Room service w...as great. Just wish there was a non smoking area in casino.

Wife and I went to celebrate our Anniversary and to see the Eagles at the Sphere. The Encore is a wonderful facility but really not for couples celebrating a special occasion. The limited restaurants were ...impossible to get into for breakfast unless you rolled out of bed and were in line when they opened. Also the Adult pool was closed on our last day for a private convention function. This limited us to the noisy family pool or walking 1/4+ mile wearing bathing suits through two casinos to the Wynn pool. This seemed unacceptable especially considering Encore has a Club Pool that was available for this function that remained closed to all except on Saturdays when DJs perform for paying parties. All in all, we will only stay at Wynn - better restaurant selection, better pool access - and leave Encore to the “ Suits” and their conventions.

We have stayed here many times and always were very happy but this ti.e it was a disaster and doubt we will ever come back and will not refer to anyone! Here's why: 1. Always stay at encore suites and pay ...whatever . So this time we check in and since it doesn't look like same lobby and we r tired from long flight I ask front desk and am told well they moved things around. Next day I find the Encore suites lobby same place as always and they agreed to move us but too late as wife had unpacked and we had busy day so basically ruined experience. 2. Encore tower or wherever they put us at end of hall with huge walk to get to elevators and of course to walk to get coffee each morning gas heavens forbid they would have coffee in room. 3. Well yes I expect special treatment which we usually get because we pay all the money for room..no comps or Expedia or hotels.coN..so we expect special treatment not for example getting on the elevator with near-do-wells heading 10 floors over us. 4. Although the view from 56th fl of the sphere was great and full disclosure we were warned, the disco music goes on all night..hard to believe that this can be sane in a supposed 5 star hotel.

The Encore is my most favorite place to stay in Vegas. I will not stay anywhere else. From a great room service menu to the scent of the hotel, it is just impeccable. The restaurants are great and the shop...ping is top-tier. It is very clean and the security is also amazing. There is no detail left unmatched.

A fantastic hotel, but our stay was ruined by a few rude employees. There is an elderly security guard ( purple jacket) in the Encore Tower Suites pool area, that needs to be told how to speak to people. O...bnoxious and rude does not sum up how bad he was. How is this allowed ???
