The luxurious resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was stylish and spacious, with a comfortable bed and stunning views of the Strip. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The amenities were top-notch, from the beautiful pool to the world-class spa. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and entertainment Las Vegas offers.

same rating as wynn basically, although this place is not as famous. here are some of the things u will see: 1.chinese people screaming in the casino 2.really tasty ice cream 3.a nice room 4.years :) :) remember to also check out wynn!!! but there is no breakfast provided

Today We checked into the Wynn in the Encore tower suites for our 10 year anniversary. We were planning on spending our days at the pool but this will be impossible. Unless you pay hundreds of dollars to reserve a daybed or cabana, there is absolutely no shade anywhere. The few umbrellas at the pool are only for reserved daybeds. I have skin cancer and must stay in the shade but there is no shade anywhere! This is so ridiculous and now our anniversary trip is pretty much ruined. . I guess we flew all the way to Vegas to spend our afternoons sitting in our room.

We had a fabulous time at the Encore. We had a beautiful panoramic king room on the 36th floor facing the mountains (the quiet side). Everything about the Encore is a class act. I’ve never seen a more professional and friendly staff! We were in town for a show at the Sphere. It was easy to get to with a walk through the Wynn and its own bridge to the entrance to the Sphere. It’s well marked and staff are there to help if you need it. The interior of the Encore is beautiful and very very clean. The smoke in the casino was minimal. The Encore will be our go to place every time we visit Vegas!

Horrible experience. Booked a room and it was not available, so I received a room without the view I paid for. This would have not been an issue but the hotel charged me the same amount. This is ridiculous, I should have been notified prior. I am notified as I am checking in at midnight, that my room is unavailable and that I am pretty much stuck with what they have. I don’t have time to cancel and look for another hotel as it is so late. I am just astonish at how poorly my family and I were treated. No help or assistance throughout this process just pawning off this room because we don’t have many options at this point of time and are exhausted. The luxury of the hotel and service has gone down. I am just overall disappointed in the experience.
