Outdated Dump with no AC

The only good part about this place is the location. Outdated and the room was hot as hell. Called front desk said they would “send engineering” - never happened. It’s only May and wasn’t that hot out but ...80 degrees in the room. Vents in room caked with mold and dust. Place needs to be knocked down and started over. I’d rather stay at circus circus than this dump.

We were so excited for the jetted bath tub it was what we were looking forward to the most and the reason I picked treasure island. But boy was that a huge disappointment turning on the jets takes 5 minute...s you have to keep turning the nob back and forth and then when it does start it runs for 7 minutes “we timed it” before you have to climb back out to start the process over again. So much for leaving nice and relaxed we are leaving sore and feeling like I wasted money on the upgraded suite. Not to mention I had ordered a Starbucks mobile order inside the hotel and it was something they didn’t have and when I asked about getting my $25 back the lady shrugged and said you have to take it up with corporate and walked away. Luckily the guys at Starbucks cared a little more and gave me the phone number to call and get my money back. We will be staying elsewhere and won’t be recommending.
