They now have worst "Players Card" in Las Vegas if you gamble and forget about Comp's it really has gone downhill under the new owner

The stay was great as always. I was told by office staff that she would call for luggage pickup. After waiting 20 minutes I called luggage only to be told that they had not be notified. I then waited another 20 minutes, I then called again. I was told they were in route. Waited again, after 10 minutes I decided that I was going to have to get my own luggage out or miss my plane. I had 2 bags and on a scooter. I managed to get down to the lobby when I met a gentleman with a luggage cart. I asked if he was on his way to 8737. He told me that he was. He helped with my bags and said he would return scooter for me. He got me in a fast moving cab, and I made it to the airport in time to catch my plane. It was 3:00am, so don’t know why there was such a problem. I will stay again as I enjoy your hotel and restaurants. Hopefully this will not happen again as it is very upsetting event.
