Customer service suboptimal
tpp2000 on Dec 21, 2024
We stayed at Palazzo (part of venetian resort) - Customer service was very delayed, anything we ordered or requested took a long time to be addressed. Charged us for kettle, which is ridiculous. No other hotel has ever charged for using a kettle. For a 5 star hotel, I expected better service (in comparison to multiple 5 star hotels around the world I've stayed at). Would be ideal if tours could pick up from palazzo, not just venetian side.
Great taste of Vegas in one location

The Venetian serves as a hub to experience various kinds of Las Vegas experience. Its location is central to the busy area of the Strip. Many other Strip locations are within walking distance, including the Sphere. The Venetian captures the Vegas atmosphere in well-maintained environment, outdoor and indoor. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and well equipped. Overall, I enjoyed my experience staying here.
Highly recommend!

From the moment we picked up our keys, we felt like we mattered. The staff is very professional, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was wonderful! Beautiful suite, very clean and comfortable. We love staying here because we have everything we need within walking distance.
Too Pricey

The hotel is new, so it is still pretty nice...but it is over the top expensive and not worth the cost. There is a $150 charge added to your bill if you put any personal items in the room refrigerator, which is really crappy. The room was clean and nice, but I can see how it's going to start looking shabby pretty soon.
Dated rooms and average service for a price

I am a first time customer here as I normally stay at another resort. But REO Speedwagon was playing! Room was nice, very spacious. I found the bathroom just adequate for a suite and the fixtures were dated. The service here is suspect, no one met us to assist with luggage, plenty of staff, but they were busy gossiping about guests. When I hauled my bags over they checked them in and since I use digital check in I was off to get keys. I was informed my bags would be delivered, so I toured the hallways and walked by the casino and finally to my suite. No bags. Then bell calls and says they are on the way. Half an hour, no bags. I call and am told they will be in shortly. Fifteen minutes later another call, bags on the way. Finally bags delivered over an hour I waited. Decided to try casino, seemed okay, I lost but it is a casino. Tried to eat, but the food and service was awful. Concert was great. Left the next morning and when I received my electronic bill, the resort fee was over fifty dollars! That was a third of the price of the suite! Totally out of line! Not to mention I received zero for that fee. No water, no special treatment, nothing. My recommendation, stay somewhere else and uber over if you want to see the decoration but definitely not worth the poor to average service and ridiculous resort fees.
