Enrique and Kimberly were fantastic, we had great service at Blue Star. They were very accommodating. The food was awesome, the manager checked on us and they anticipated our needs. It was a great way to end our vacation. Thank you Enrique and Kimberly for great service.

I read reviews before we came & there was some not too good. I came to realize after spending a week here that you can't make everyone happy because this place was nothing short of phenomenal! From the room, the amazing shower, food, hotel grounds, cleanliness, you name it! The employees are OUTSTANDING! Always ready to serve. Entertainment was fab at the pool. Rest of the nights were "so so" The Japanese restaurant was our fav out of all (food wise) the buffet is a "buffet " let's face it. Still good though. I would highly recommend! We were not disappointed!

Had dinner tonight at Blue Star Tex Mex Cantina. The food was awesome and the portions were great. Kimberley and Enrique were excellent. The Texas steak and Chicken tacos were both excellent. All of the sides were very tasty and different from anything we’d had before. Loved it

The Gusto Italian restaurant is AMAZING! This was our favorite place to eat at the Planet Hollywood Costa Rica Hotel! Not only was the food delicious every time but the staff made our experience so special. They went above and beyond and even surprised us with a special dinner on our last night! Huge THANK YOU to Steven, Jenny S, Chef Mendardo, Jose, Ana, Angie - Sofia, Joel, & Stephanie! You truly made our experience here INCREDIBLE! ?

The star class pool staff is great! However, they just removed the bar stools at the walk up bar. I have back issues and loved chatting with the friendly staff and now I can't sit at the bar. We're still here. Food is very good at the food truck. Drinks are great.
