Everyone at this location was very friendly, helpful. If I needed anything, the staff was eagerly attentive. The car was parked for me, and when I needed my car, I just needed to text them before heading downstairs. It would be waiting for me. I felt safe, taken care of and I would stay here again while visiting Santa Monica.

I requested an early check-in midweek in November that could not be accommodated due to room availability. This was my first Marriott Bonvoy stay as an Ambassador Elite status. Jordan and Valerie with the help of Rocio were able to get a room ready within the hour. Not just the standard king room, but a room upgraded to the penthouse suite! A Fabulous view of the ocean and Santa Monica. Totally unexpected. Their customer service was a perfect 10!

Valerie was amazing. She accommodated us and helped us is every way we needed. We had a long travel day and she made sure that my group of colleges all got a room on the same floor. She saved us a lot of time and headache especially after a long day.

I came to park my car sunday night after a night out. When I got to the parking I didn't see anyone. A guy approached me asking if I needed to park my car but I didn't feel safe to do so because he kind of looked like a homeless from the street. He had facial piercings and was wearing a beany hat and colored shoes with to vest or anything even proving he works there. So unprofessional. For the price you charge to park a car you can afford better employees.

America is absolutely great! She made me feel comfortable and safe, she was friendly and fast! My text message said wait is 5min and my car was outside in 3min. In LA those extra minutes help! It’s not often i feel comfortable with valet service but she changed my experience. I’m grateful.
