My stay at the Marriot was a wonderful experience! The receptionist and the valet parking provide excellent service. America and Manuel are some of the best employees when it comes to the valet service and... were always friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Staying at the Courtyard has been a game-changer thanks to America at valet. Every morning—6 AM sharp—my car is ready like clockwork. No delays, no stress, just pure professionalism. What really stands ou...t is America’s attitude. Always smiling, always positive, even at the crack of dawn. She makes early mornings easier and truly goes above and beyond. If you’re staying here, know you’re in excellent hands with America.

The valet service is great, specifically America she's been an absolute joy to talk to. I am having to stay here for several months and the hotel service has been amazing. Not to mention your downtown, eve...rything is close by. 100% recommended.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to the small café inside the hotel left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff—particularly Arazeli and Rose—were... not adequately trained or prepared for even a modest flow of customers. The service was painfully slow. Despite only a few people ahead of me, I waited over 20 minutes for a basic coffee. Arazeli seemed overwhelmed and unsure of how to operate the equipment, and while Rose was friendly, she moved at a pace that suggested she was still getting used to the role. There was very little coordination between the two, and their confusion only added to the delay. The café itself has potential, but the inexperience of the staff and the lack of efficiency make it a frustrating stop, especially when you're staying in a hotel and expecting a bit more professionalism. I hope management steps in with proper training, because as it stands, I won't be returning.

We traveled here as a family of 4 with two teenage boys. We booked a double queen room which was very spacious. Valerie and Jordan at the desk were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. They were abl...e to upgrade us to a queen suite which was amazing…. And had room for a roll away bed that allowed the teenagers their own space and provided us some peace and quiet! Overall this hotel was great…and the customer service provided by Valerie and Jordan was 10/10.
