We recently stayed 3 nights and experienced exceptional customer service, clean hotel, comfy beds, beautiful views, and super convenient shuttle to Universal. Special shoutout to Jesus at check in and Mari...a and Linda at the club lounge for making our daughter's 10th birthday weekend extra special. We hope to visit again soon.

They slid a note under my door while I was at universal studios that the power would be off for 3 hours during night. I checked in less than 24 hours before the note. It was 106 yesterday, 90 today. I went... to the desk to ask how long they have known and was told I was yelling and disturbing people and when I looked behind me there was no one else in the lobby. Would love to see the cameras of our conversation. Will never book here again. Looks like we are Hilton Universal people from now on. Also our bathroom door won’t close.
