We will be back!! First time visiting Cabo and had a BLAST! The most beautiful water I have ever seen. BEST all-inclusive resort! Delicious food, drinks, and service! Shot out to Mariano….GREAT service by ...the beach, Nelly….BEST entertainment, and Micka….BEST teacher with water activities! Beautiful resort and EXCELLENT service. Nice rooms, comfy beds, clean, and GREAT location! Steps to the marina and beach at resort is swimmable! We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Overall The customer service is amazing from the front desk to the bell boy everyone is trained to provide you an exceptional experience i wish I could remember every one's name but I can't forget about je...ssnia.from exhale club she should be promoted . I had a really bad experience with amstar the transportation company they contract with. It's the worst .however jessenia.quickly resolved the issue..Also Pedro from exhale club made the experience amazing ... Food. I was skeptical about the food based on some reviews however the food is amazing even the room service food all delicious The entertainment not so much during the week. I did find it a bit boring no music other than some elevator music. .no foam. Party by the pool it's more of a relaxing hotel. Which is fine there is alot to do closeby .nothing happens in purple night club. I was there Monday to Friday. The most entertaining was the silent disco and that ended by 11pm ..so we enjoyed 30 min of it The view wow amazing it's probably the most beautiful place I have ever seen The rooms and design are very awkward..open bathroom a bed in the middle of the room not enough hooks or drawers..but all rooms have a great view Restaurant OXCOTE waiters and food wow. Amazing brought an anniversary cake. Tomahawk and lobster wow so good ..All the others were great I didn't get to try the one by the beach.. I do wish the restaurant was all in one location however there are elevators in each building which I could not find that information anywhere The location wow everything is walking distance I thought it was going to be alot of walking not at all really the best of all hotels. The sea lions are cute and not really that loud like everyone said in the reviews. I bought ear plugs and never had to use them Recommendations. I do wish you had exhale club wrist band to be able to enjoy top shelf in any bar at breathless.. if you are in the beach you won't go to the 3rd floor exhale club to get a drink...think that and entertainment needs to get better...maybe one quiet pool and when with some action... it's also missing like a..fire show..impersonating..theater something. Contest etc
