Exemplary in every way!

Exceptional from the moment we arrived. Our check in agent, Angel, surpassed expectations for us and was able to secure a beautiful room to celebrate our time away together! We were also blessed by the s...taff and the lovely and inviting restaurants. The pools were so fun and inviting and the pool side service non stop and professional. I cannot wait to come back! We also had a couples spa and that experience in the spa was just what we needed to end our wonderful trip! Thank you Hyatt Ziva for the excellent attention to detail!

A memorable experience!

A very wonderful place for families. Great value, great service, great fun! Don't forget the activities and the entertainment. The entertainment team was unbelievable, in particular a member of their team... named Diana. Not only was she and her team super talented, but she spent a lot of time with our family and our 4-Year-Old daughter. That extra attention made the trip complete not only for our 4-year-old, but our entire family to see someone like Diana go above and beyond what is expected in hospitality, but exceed our expectations every time we saw her and her team perform. Wonderful place we hope to visit annually.

Amazing service and location. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to anticipate and meet needs. The food was amazing and I wish I had more time to enjoy all the restaurants. The pool bar was ...great. The hotel also opened up the sports bar before it was scheduled to open so we could watch NCAA basketball--above and beyond for sure!

Excellent Employees and Service Unmatched!

The food service experience here was a 10/10 all 7 days! We travel a lot and this was a place where every employee had a true servants heart. Relaxing and fun, great entertainment the coffee / cafe was ama...zing! Loved that there’s an adult pool plenty of places to catch rays in peace … or have fun and be part of the action. We love it here and will return. lol at that sunrise from our balcony!

Stray Dog Bite & Broken Promises at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos

PARENTS BEWARE - STARY DOGS ON THE BEACH Our stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos was upsetting on multiple levels. Most seriously, our daughter was bitten by a stray dog on the beach right in front of the hotel —... and another child was bitten at the same time. While the hotel’s medical staff provided initial assistance, there was no follow-up. We had to find a public clinic ourselves (without speaking Spanish) to get the first rabies shot, and then complete the rest back home — resulting in a $12,000 medical bill. The hotel’s response was limited to a verbal apology. No offer to assist further, no help navigating the local health system — just “sorry.” That doesn’t undo the trauma or cover the cost. On top of that, the hotel failed us on basic service. Hyatt Ziva claims to offer specialty dining with reservations, but they don’t honor them. We asked our concierge, Poli, to book a hibachi table for 8 people — it was the only night we overlapped with friends. We were told it was confirmed for 6:30pm. But when we showed up, the host insisted it was for 9:30pm — far too late for young kids. The manager on duty got involved but could only apologize, and by then all other restaurants were fully booked. I was the one who coordinated the reservation, and the entire experience was stressful and disappointing. Between the safety failure and the poor handling of even routine requests, this resort completely missed the mark. We won’t return — and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
