Food and boze here are excellent still have to check out and give full review but main pool is our concern. It's 2 oclock here and pool is dead. Main Pool has been very slow, while the hot tubs are packed with people. Have spoken to a few attendants and said pool water is ice cold. Children want to get out even 15 min later. At 2oclock peak sun time it's dead because it's too cold. Staff need to warm the waiter up a few degrees

First class hotel. Food in specialty restaurants is exquisite and the food in the buffet is amazing. Pools are wonderful and the property is very beautiful. Evening Entertainment is great and the daily activities are fun. Hotel staff made us feel like royalty. They truly are the best. Highly recommended.

Best all-inclusive I have ever stayed at! Beautiful ground, pool, and views. Easy access to the two pools. The pool/bar staff were super friendly. I loved the different restaurant options. We even saw whales - extra bonus! I will be back soon!

This resort was Amazing. You would need more than 3 Nights to enjoy as much as there is to offer at this place. Although it is Family Hotel, the Kids Club is available for you to drop off the kids and enjoy some Adult time. My daughter had an Amazing time at the Kids Club. I will definitely go back.

Staff is wonderful, friendly and responsive. Facilities are beautiful. Current renovations make it a bit noisy in the pool area during the day, but for us the music tended to drown out the noise or make it easier to ignore. But this is the only reason for 4 stars. Food was great. Pools are pristine. Beach is clean and well maintained. Very enjoyable stay.
