hospitality at this resort is over the top! the kindest and friendliest and most helpful people work there....even all the way up to management! (raymundo) i want to especially praise and thank so much ra...ndall and zarel at the pool bar.....exceptional! and rosendo who was always so helpful with our bags and anything else we needed. irene at the pool snack bar worked so hard to keep food available! and blanca and judith at the restaurant on the beach (forget the name). this was our second time here because of this kind of hospitality! we came in december 2024 and brought my brother and girlfriend for 4 nights in april to enjoy! thank you thank you... and PLEASE whoever is responsible for rewarding these employees, please let them know how good they are!

Randall a waiter during lunch and Luis the supervisor of the waiters were AWESOME SAUCE!!!!! They were very attentive and made sure our drinks were tasty. I would have loved to have warm fries but I guess ...not today..that had nothing to do with Randall.. HE WAS THE BEST! When it comes to the facility having channels in English would be nice, having a phone that works would be nice. Some of the amenities offered were unavailable because the phone didn't work etc. So this will be my last time ever coming to this GR Solaris Lighthouse.

Had great service from staff waitors at pool Zarel Perez and Randell. Thank you very much. Food was very good at buffet and lunch bar not too busy was able to get drinks quickly . Very nice pools kept v...ery clean would come back again right by ocean beautiful sunrise.
