This is the most luxurious all inclusive we have ever traveled to. The views were to die for. The rooms were awesome. The service was great. Paul was the most attentive and caring concierge ever—and boy can he sing! Don’t hesitate to book this resort!

Check in staff was demanding and obnoxious. Forcing me to give them money to do a time share tour that we didn’t do. Lost $20. Demanding on upgrading to various things and packages. No thrilled. cart drivers, bar and food staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Prices were too spendy and I felt staff looked down on us because we didn’t have a dimond card and were not apart of the all inclusive package. I also felt looked down on because I didn’t order alcoholic beverages due to me being pregnant. Room service: spoke no English. Hard to communicate. Cleaned room, took all towels and left none behind. It was difficult to call room service later in the day to get more. Half of the time the tv did not work and our phone only worked 1 out if the 7 days we were there. loved the sensory/ view. Loved the architecture of the building. Loved the pools.
