Me and my sister go every year. This was the best view we've ever had and its usually always good. Service is fairly good but it's diminished gradually. Room service goes down every year, no clean towel...s, biggest issue. The decor is no longer appealing. Everything is old, mattresses & bedding, screens torn, sc doors don't slide so you can't get them closed, curtains partially off hooks. The rooms are the problem but due to view, cliffs, and peacefulness, we still look forward to going.

Tania is the pool concierge and is absolutely the best we have ever experienced in our 6 years of vacationing at Hacienda Encantada! She is friendly, speaks excellent English, pays attention to detail and... follows up to ensure everything signed up for was as expected. We look forward to seeing her again next year!
