This is a great place for families! We spent the majority of our time in the kids area and the kids club staff was wonderful! Our kids made crafts daily, participating in activities and loved the water slide! It is what you can expect for an all inclusive that is great for families, they make vacation easy!

The staff was very attentive, especially Eduardo by the pool. The activities were great. The location is really nice. Food was pretty good, they don’t have a ton of vegetarian options. It was easy to make reservations at the a la carte restaurants through the app. The rooms were clean, a good size, and the beds were comfortable. I would visit again.

We took our family to Solaris in Los Cabos. We had an awesome week together. The staff was amazing and whether it was the older people or the younger kids they identified extremely well. The food was good. The experience was excellent. We enjoyed the evening shows and the Sea of Cortez puts on an amazing display everyday.

Good service from all the waiters specially Eduardo, Sergio, Raul and Max. They were very friendly and attentive, they became our friends and put a smile on our face everyday. Food was really good. The only downside would be that the main pool was very cold it would be nice to have a heater there for the winter.

During our recent visit to Mexico, we had the pleasure of being served by Jacob Jonathan, and he truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, Jacob was attentive and friendly. If you’re lucky enough to have Jacob as your server, you're in for a treat. Highly recommend him for top-notch service and hospitality!
