Amazing food. Amazing service. Amazing atmosphere. Isidro was incredibly accommodating and made our dinner that much better on top of the wonderful spanakopita, milestone soup, salmon and gyro. Upscale res...taurant feel. 10/10 would recommend for a formal dinner.

Beautiful hotel, large room, spotlessly clean. Excellent water pressure in shower, lots of hot water. Extremely friendly, professional staff, food at buffet was excellent always. Lots of filtered water ava...ilable. Gorgeous beach on the doorstep. Wonderful, safe play area for little kids with waterslides, playground, craft/movie room and staff to monitor. Pool side service was fabulous. Skinny at the poolside bar, Caesar in the children's play area, Lauren and Natalia in the buffet were wonderful hosts, highly professional. Excellent service.

Alberto V. The best and funniest concierge. Helped me find my lost earbuds. A few tips for travelers, ask for bacon at the table in the buffet. The food was best at Panchos. Room service is the way to go f...or good food as well. Iced coffees at the Cafe pretty good.

Alberto and Omar were so awesome!! they were super helpful with our bags, and there hospitality was unmatched, they kept everything safe and secure while the bags were in there care! i would totally recomm...end this hotel 10/10 great experience!!
