Overall amazing experience! 4.5/5. I went with my mother for 6 nights, 7 days. For starters- for those of you wondering if December is a great time to travel to Cabos, yes it is! The weather was perfect - it does get chilly in the early morning and evenings (so you will need a light jacket), but during the day the sun is perfect. It is also dry weather, no rain or humidity during our stay. Also important to mention, the pools are HEATED!!!! Service was top notch. Everyone went above and beyond to provide us with a spectacular and memorable experience. Special shoutouts to Jorge and Avelario (our poolside waiter), Susanna (from Coco Cafe), Alex (waiter from Oceania) and the entertainment team (Marianna, Francisco, Miguel, and Delmer), and Maria Jose and Diego (UVC Concierge services). Food was great - variety of options. Only complaint is that Himatsu (the Asian cuisine) has long wait times and service; but food was worth it. They also have theme nights - we were able to enjoy Mexican night and Tropical night. I enjoyed Coco Cafe the most - they are open 24 hours and have a great selection of coffee and pastries! As far as activities, they have a variety of entertainment during the day; however I would say the vibe of the resort is more to relax. I enjoyed the hiking bike tour, yoga (shoutout to Barb), pickleball, aqua spinning, and beach volleyball. The spa and fitness center is also great!!! Overall recommend this place and would stay again :)

It was my second stay at this particular resort and I just wanted to mention some positive improvements. To list a few, the pool lounge chairs were all newly replaced (and no problem finding a chair), the restaurant menus were upgraded with more options, and the food quality (especially the beef) was definitely better on top of the already excellent services and cleanness. However, some restaurants looked like they had visible short staff at odd times. For example, the service at the Seaside Grill (with a nice patio next to the pool) was often under par, mainly caused by the short staffing because I could see that all the servers were running around but it took a long time to get any service. The entertainment team was not pushing the customers too much to participate but always flowed around to make sure we were having a good time. Also we had lots of fun at the pickleball courts! Overall, it was a fantastic vacation and I certainly will go back.

Very nice resort. The food options were excellent. Had a lot of good meals here. The only issue I had was the main pool can become very crowded in the afternoon. It would be nice if there was more of a swimming area less drinking, going on in the pool. We of course went for the all inclusive resort and we definitely had our share of cocktails, but can get a little rowdy in the afternoon. We loved our room. Awesome view of the ocean.

My husband and I had a wonderful and romantic vacation, just what we needed to end a very busy year. Ther service was impeccable, and all of our accommodations were luxurious. As explorists members we had a room in the preferred section and offered an upgrade to a room with a hot tub on the deck. We choose the Ocean View room instead of Ocean front because of the great location. The preferred pool is very quiet and relaxing, but we liked the main pool much better. I do highly recommend that you splurge on the private cabana, so you don't have to fight for seats. I wish they had a policy that towels would be moved if chair was left vacant for over an hour. People came down as early as 7:00am to hold a chair and then didn't come back until 11:00 or even never. I cannot say enough about all the waitstaff and bartenders. They were amazing. All in all, it was a great stay.

Overall great experience with staff, cleanliness, food, and drinks. Unfortunately, we were unable to adjust the room temperature, which included the ceiling fan. Limited air movement and the bed was not comfortable, making for a difficult sleeping environment.
