Beautiful property! Luv luv luv the landscaping and the decorative accents in/around pool!!!! Super clean facility, friendly staff. Ignacio at El Patron restaurant was the best! He was kind, patient, pr...ofessional and knowledgeable. I appreciated his suggestions on items to order. Always spot on! I wish the resort had entertainment / a few activities. That would have been an added plus.

Villa La Valencia is a great property. We greatly enjoyed all of the service and the food. The lazy river, where Luis manages was also a lot of fun. Also, great service at the pool by Maximallino, Eduardo ...and Marcos. We had an amazing steak dinner with great service by all members of the staff. The breakfast service was fantastic every day. On our first morning, one of the staff members made us fresh Chilaquiles with over easy eggs. It was fantastic. Yesterday, we had the best Birria I have ever had. In short an amazing experience.

Before arriving, I had read some negative reviews on Google and honestly, I was a bit worried. But in the end, everything went really well and we had a great time! The pools were amazing — we spent entire... days doing nothing but relaxing by the water. The poolside service was top-notch: drinks and snacks delivered right to us with a smile. The activities were also well-organized and fun. Big shoutout to Darwin for the great energy during the animations, to Francesca at breakfast for her warmth, and to Alma for taking such good care of us by the pool. The restaurants were good, the food was tasty, and the staff was always friendly. Our room was clean and well kept throughout the stay. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the loud alarm from a nearby factory that went off every night — quite unpleasant and disruptive. Also, the sales reps at the entrance who try to pitch you as soon as you arrive: once we declined the offer, they didn’t help us with anything, including restaurant bookings. Luckily, we were able to make our own reservations easily, even on the same day, and enjoyed dining out every night with no issues. All in all, a very good experience, and I’m glad I didn’t let the bad reviews stop me from coming!

Excellent Resort with an amazing staff (professional, knowledgeable, kind, will to give assistance…) The grounds, activities, & food were perfect!!! A special thanks to Carla/Karla ( stretching/ yoga clas...s) … Excellent classes & every morning it was a delight to be part of her class!

Carlos, the manager of Patron was very good and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile and fabulous attitude, attentive to his staff Emilio is an excellent waiter attention to detail, friendly..., and absolutely darling, loved his smile also
