I read a lot of the bad reviews before booking. I did not experience any if the issues people have complained about. We checked in around 3pm and had to wait just a short time for our room to be ready. Check in is at 4pm so this is completely understandable. If you are getting there early, they have a place for you to change if you want to enjoy the pool or you can simply explore the grounds. Many of the complaints involved them trying to sell timeshares. Right after we checked in we were greeted by a gentleman who provided information about the hotel and some of the excursions you can buy. He offered excursion discounts if we attended a welcome breakfast/timeshare presentation. We weren't interested and simply said no thank you. That was it. He wished us a great stay and left. If you don't want to do a timeshare presentation, simply say no. They are not pushy at all. The pools are amazing. Places for everyone. Two large pools great for kids with splash pads. Huge lazy river with free tubes. Gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Adults only pool as well. Fast and responsive poolside service for drinks and food. Lawn games for kids and adults. Fitness, yoga, and games run by the staff in and around the pool. Came from California and can say that I have not experienced the level of customer service by the staff in quite some time. Even at luxury hotels. They are all so friendly and attentive. The hotel is centrally located and a short uber ride will get you to downtown cabo. Lots of uber drivers in the area so almost immediate pickup. Went with the all inclusive and had a resort credit through Costco. I had a hard time finding things that weren't part of the inclusive rate. All inclusive covers virtually all drinks and even high end spirits. The market is not covered which is completely understandable. It is like a gift shop/convenience store. Deli not covered either which I didn't try. There is so much great food not sure why you would want to eat at the deli. But to each thier own. Italian restaurant was decent. Not amazing. Breakfast buffet was great. Went down around 8 and got right in. A short wait on the second day. Pool side food was way better than expected. Has lots of options (pizza, tacos, bunch of appetizers, salads). I would ABSOLUTELY do all inclusive. Especially if you are going to do drinks. Prices are reasonable, but not cheap. It is worth it if you plan on eating and drinking at the hotel. Overall this is one of the best resort I have been to and I have been to many much more expensive resorts. Great value and great for families and couples. Definitely going to try to come back with more friends and family.

Marcos at the pool was fantastic and made our trip amazing! We can not thank him enough for all he did for us. Prompt, fast, excellent service! Great drinks. Great drink advice. Great convos. Always had orders correct. Never waited for Marcos to show up and ask if we wanted another round, even on the busy days. Thank you Marcos! :)

Amazing experience. Pure unfiltered bliss! Amazing service, comfort and hospitality!! It was such a relaxing and fun vacation. Complete family fun vacation. 5?? Shout out to Rafael Mety for his poolside service…was just amazing! ………….

Overall amazing experience!!! Really friendly and attentive staff. Mornings are usually our favorite time. Breakfast is always top notch. Francisca was one of the most professional and pleasant waiters. All in all great and memorable experience for our family!!!

Not the best experience. A lot of noise was coming from the floor above us at 7 am. We were also told about getting credit for the hotel and last minute they changed it and that it applied to something else something that we don’t even use. We told the lady in the front desk about it and she didn’t try helping us out. We very disappointed. We will never go back to this hotel.
