Overall condition is poor: worn out, cracks, repairs was done low quality Breakfast coupons didn’t work at our resort. The staff tried to force us to take shuttle to the sister resort to eat there which ...was very inconvenient. Can’t charge to the room Dirty floors Plumbing problems in all bathrooms Plumbing problems in the kitchen for 3 days Furniture is torn and worn out Kitchen isn’t stocked (no cutting knives, coffee, dishwashing soap) All staff point the finger towards other staff to fix problems, but no one does anything to fix it Smoking smell Noise Hygiene: buffet with no masks, gloves, took the plate back from me Beach towels are never available Some staff members don’t speak English We got a free WiFi but staff tried to charge us for it regardless Overall there were problems with every little thing

This AWESOME resort is our FAVOURITE place to go for holidays!!!! The food is GREAT, the service is friendly and top-notch, the rooms are spacious and there are SO MANY amenities!! We were ALWAYS treate...d like family!! The Elite team's service and support was AMAZING!!! Most significantly, Daniela, Abraham, and Verenice went above and beyond to ensure our happiness EVERY day!!!

Our poolside server , Paul Salas, was the best. Prompt service and always making sure we had what we needed. Look for him when you visit! The resort is busy with lots of activities, good location . Easy to... book a la cart meals at their sister properties.

Everything was perfect! My room was clean and comfort, pools and lounge chairs areas were clean and well kept. Enjoyed my days on the beach and received outstanding beach service from Tomas and Paul who wa...s were both very attentive and personable. I also would like to thank Fernando at La Cascada for the phenomenal dinner service. This resort far exceeded my expectations.

Ismael Chavez was so helpful and so kind ! Very attentive and quick service, he was ready to help us as soon as we needed and we had refills as soon as our drinks were done as well as coffee . His kindness... stood out , thank you so much, we will definitely be back
