Hector in the La Pergola restaurant was one of the best waiters we have ever had. We were sad that our last night was his day off. Also Ramon at the pool side was great. Very helpful and informative about ...things at the resort and away from the resort.

Its a place where you can rest from You day today. It was a very Nice service from the staff. Recommended for family and friends, we have a very good service from Ismael Chavez at the restaurant, kind and... warm service. We definitely will come back again.

Just returned from a week at El Cid Castillo March 18-25, 2025. Cannot say enough good things about this place. We were a group of 6, with two teen boys and 4 adults, including two seniors. We had two r...ooms between us, and all upgraded to the elite package. Our room had the most beautiful ocean view, where you can fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing and wake up to a symphony of birds chirping. Just magnificent. We booked our restaurants at the beginning of our stay for the week and were blown away by the quality and options. No one got sick or bored of the food. A quick trip to the marina did not disappoint either. Just lovely! Our boys loved all the activities and looked forward to twice daily beach volleyball. We loved relaxing by the pool, where Jorge took such good care of us. El Cid is incredible value for money and a wonderful vacation spot. You won’t be disappointed!

Was at the castila bar and ivan is the best. The pools are great love the swim up bars and the service great. I stayed at the el moro on the 12 floor views were amazing. The food was pretty good. Depending... on if you got a reservation or wich buffet you went to, you will have more the enough food choices.

It only gets better with every stay at this hotel. The staff in the Elite office are exceptional and an absolute delight to deal with. They very accomodating and provide superb service in an efficient and ...always with a great smile. We were treated like family. All pre travel requests were promptly replied to and everything asked for were provided on arrival. Golf was great. The addition of the falcon bird control was very effective and entertaining. Can't wait to return.
