A great vacation

We had such a wonderful experience! The service was fantastic—everyone was so friendly and helpful. A big shoutout to Freddy at the "El Alcazar" restaurant; he truly made our dinner the highlight of our trip! While the hotel has a bit of age to it, our stay was absolutely delightful.
Great golf packages

Property is well located right on the beach & 5 minute walk to golf course. Norma from sales was amazing &took care of our group of 60 golfers never had any issues. The staff was amazing & friendly, plenty of food options to choose from. Hotel is a little outdated.

On my vacation I really enjoyed my experience here the service was excellent I highly recommend this location perfect vacation tonatun really help me navigating through the facility CID Castilla resort recomend. Mazatlan is beatull excelent

Genaro from the pool bar gave us excellent service through our stay. Will recommend and definitely visit again.great time and lots of fun time. Food and drinks were good. Family had an awesome time and will come back again. Thank you for the great service.

The service in the Hotel are so well the people who works there are SO Nice. Thanks for an excellent Service The hotel has an excelllent waiters and weitress. Thank You i think this pleace is a hotel that i need to visit more than one Try In My personal experience i recomend this hotel
