All the rooms have an ocean view and the amenities and the service are exceptional. The property is well maintained, the rooms are lovely, and the service was amazing at all of the restaurants, front desk..., concierge. There is a separate Adults side, but both share restaurants. We missed the shuttle on the departure to the airport by 5 minutes, but Shaddai at the Front Desk was able to settle everyone down and schedule another that actually meant our stay was an hour longer in this fabulous resort--no one wanted to leave anyway. We are already scheduling another visit!

I love the Hyatt best hotel I stayed so far in Jamaica and I stayed at a lot of them. Will definitely be back with more people. Happy to see old fashion service and values and such class. Happy to see a ho...tel represented Jamaica as it should be. I bring a couple with us to show them Jamaica for the first time, didn't disappoint. Special shout out to Errol, Rodney, Tajay and Lola
