First (but won't be our last) visit to Le Westin, Mont Tremblant!

time2travel4fun (Ontario, Canada) on Aug 12, 2024

Our first visit to Mont Tremblant was amazing! We are Marriott Bonvoy members and of course chose the Westin. (The rates were amazing here, with huge room choices, vs. the Fairmont Hotel.) It's a fantastic location, almost centered in the Pedestrian village making it accessible to everything. Even being so close in the village, it's lovey and quiet at night. We had a beautiful room, with king bed, dining table & 4 chairs, couch and 2 chairs, and fireplace. Small balcony overlooked the pool with 2 chairs. Beautiful view at night! Very spacious, comfortable and clean but definitely needs a refresh and upgrade. (We noticed on the elevators the hotel will be updated quite soon.) The pool is small and the hot tub is huge! We thought the pool could be bigger as it got quite crowded. We didn't do the restaurants, but they only really had just one. The other (Le Tiguidou) was a bar where you could order a small bite. Léo boire + manger didn't have a lot of variety on the menu and was quite pricey. The team at the hotel was so incredibly friendly and helpful. We were greeting each and every time we went by the front desk, concierge and door-person. We will definitely be heading back here!!

Great location, hotel room needs improvement

Karman C on Jul 09, 2024

Mont Tremblant is beautiful! We selected Le Westin Tremblant because it is pet-friendly. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk to the Pedestrian village and restaurants. The valet parking cost was reasonable and we could go in and out. The staff who parked our car was friendly. The pool and jacuzzi were the best entertainment during our 2 nights stay. The room we stayed in was on the second floor, it was outdated and the bed was not comfortable. There was no body wash in the bathroom (even though we requested to refill it) and maybe it is summer time, there were little flies in the room. Prior to our stay, I let the concierge know that we would be staying with our dog and I was surprised they didn't even have a water bowl in our room; I saw in another review that a family who stayed at this hotel got a room prepared with a dog bed, water and food bowls for their dog. I submitted the same comments on their survey hoping they would improve the room and the service to the family with a pet.

Great stay

Feels like you’re coming home, the gracious reception and unhurried atmosphere are delightful. The new restaurant, Leo’s, adds a nice touch for an elegant evening dinner that has panache. Staff make or break and stay, starting with the valets they are congenial, helpful and available. The location is a plus, the pool, clean and inviting.

Lovely hotel, wonderful courteous staff, and a great new restaurant ( Léo) that was phenomenal!!

We have stayed at the Le Westin Tremblant on a number of our getaways. Typically, our May 31st anniversary and/or my wife's birthday in September. We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the friendly valet. We were also met very pleasantly by several of the front desk staff. When they learned that we were celebrating our anniversary they put us up on the 5th floor in a room with a commanding view of Mont Tremblant and the hotel itself. The room was beautiful, large and provided all the requirements should we wish to have coffee and a small breakfast in the room. We decided to reserve at the hotel's new upscale destination for all-day dining the Léo boire + manger! The meal was exquisite, exceptional and the staff friendly and responsive to our every need! Certainly one of the best meals and accompanying service my wife and I have ever received. All staff were attentive, naturally friendly and we had some great conversations with each. To top off the meal of beautifully prepared dishes, a delicious caesar salad, an excellent Atlantic salmon dish (cucumber, ikura, fennel, new potato salad) and a well prepared duck breast (french peas, smoked crème fraîche, turnip, mint oil) that my wife loved, le m'atre surprised us with a complimentary Chocolate Profiterole (choux pastry, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, crystal almonds) for our anniversary! All of this was not only extremely good but the final price was quite reasonable!! During our visit, we enjoyed walking around to the various quality stores that are available, climbing up the mountain path for some exercise, and seeing the various activities that were taking place (a major Cycling Race took place while we were there!) We plan to go back to Le WestinTremblant in September for another fun getaway!!

Perfectly located within the Pedestrian Village

mgarvin14 (Boston, Massachusetts) on Mar 26, 2024

Le Westin Tremblant is one of the best hotel choices among many located in Tremblant's pedestrian village. It's perfectly located about half-way up the hill in the middle of the village which leaves a short walk in either direction to stores, restaurants and skiing. The hotel is similar in decoration and facilities to other high end Westin properties so not overly fancy but modern and updated. It's kept very clean which is no small task with guests coming in and out in full ski gear throughout the day. Every employee we encountered (valet, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant) were upbeat and professional. Special shout out to Pascal from the valet team running out to the parking garage late one evening to retrieve items we forgot. The best part of this hotel is the setup for skiing. Skis are stored for you by the Valet team immediately upon check in. The ski locker room, located on the 3rd floor, is even closer to the ski lifts than the hotel entrance. This makes for a very short walk to begin and end a day of skiing. No need to lug skis back and forth to your room. We look forward to returning in the future.
