Very disappointed. As a Diamond member that travels and stays at Hiltons across the US and some International, I would have expected much more. Our weekend must have been the same weekend that the hotel ...allowed 50-60 fraternity and sorority members stay for a formal or some other event. We felt as though we were staying in a fraternity house. Disappointed that the hotel staff did not do more to control the guests slamming doors, partying in their rooms until early morning that spilled over into hallways. The location was good. Room was clean. No upgrades available when I checked in apparently. However the person next to me at check in also a Diamond was warmly welcomed and upgraded graciously. Hopefully if you choose to stay you have an entirely different experience.

The Hotel Fraye was a great place to stay. It was extremely clean and quiet. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean and nice, the bar was lovely with live music every a...fternoon. Staff was great. We walked in every direction from there Hotel with ease.

Teirra was absolutely amazing! Her Coustomer service was spectacular! I called before hand to do an early check in and she had everything already ready! Everyone was so nice! I was there visiting my friend... and she made us feel so welcome! Thank you again! -Katelyn Thompson

I have been in the hotel industry for over a decade and I don’t think I have ever encountered a more authentic, professional, courteous front desk agent than Alexis. Everything about the stay was amazing, ...but I NEED to shout her out first - she was that good. Great hotel, great staff, great time. Well done all around.

Excellent service from Kyle. He was super friendly and very easy to talk to. Super quick service. Nashville was very exciting. Night life is amazing. Recommends Harry B’s for lunch. The hotel is very clas...sy, and the bar service is impeccable.
