Customer service from valet, check in, restaurant was wonderful! Hotel has fun ambience- rooms are nice and beds are comfortable- great bathrooms! Shower was top notch with 2 shower heads; felt high end from start to finish. All staff was welcoming and helpful- Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Kima's wonderful customer service at check-in set the tone for the whole weekend, what a great lady who went out of her way to accomodate us with early checkin, upgraded room and above all warmth and friendliness. Across the board that's how all the staff was, from Jean-Pierre the bellman, to the restaurant personnel to the housekeepers. This is a hotel that knows how guests wish to be treated. The room was stellar and comfy, nice onsite restaurant and a great 7th floor open air bar and pool. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!
