Oraine and Safyia, the best butlers. Omar, the manager of the hotel does his best. The French restaurant is exquisite.

This was our 5th trip to Sandals Royal Plantation, and it truly feels like "home". The GM, Omar, runs a beautiful ship. All the employees are so welcoming and friendly. We get top notch service from our butlers (Carlos and Bebeato), our favorite spa ladies (Camille and Diana), and the superb bar staff (Junior, Garnett, Delano, Trishell). The beach butlers (Daniello, Trevardo, Romaine) bring such joy and service to the beach - which is a nice perk specific to this location! It's so nice to see the same staff trip after trip - Hushane (do the caviar/champagne with him!), Joseph and Shenia at Le Papillion, Taj-A at the Royal Grill, Vanya at the Terrace, Nataki and Orian with entertainment....I could go on and on about the amazing employees! We split our time between the golf course and diving in the mornings, so we can't leave out the awesome bus drivers (David, Omar, Winston) who get us to and from those destinations in a safe and fun manner. The dive team at Ochi next door, as well as the staff at the Sandals golf course are also fantastic! It's really a lot of the little things that add up - like when our luggage didn't arrive, Doneil and Lorna in the gift shop helped set us up with everything we needed and even hemmed clothing for us on site! When we had an issue with a small leak in our room, management went above and beyond to ensure the matter was addressed. This resort still has that old world, quiet charm with personal service that I hope never goes away. Our travel agent, Mike with Dream Makers Vacation Services, always makes sure our special requests are taken care of and the trip plays out flawlessly - highly recommend if you are looking for a Sandals specialist. We have several more trips booked with them at Sandals in the future as well!

My husband and I take a yearly trip to get away from work and the stressors of daily life around my birthday. The team at Royal Plantation made this birthday incredible. Omar is amazing remembering every guests name and their celebratory reason for being there (mind you, everyone who stays here is usually celebrating something!). The food is incredible, the chef outdoes themselves every time! The teams are incredible. We were blessed to have Bebeato and Carlos. No stone went unturned for us. Our Beach butlers Danielo and Trevardo took care of us exquisitely. And we cannot say enough about the entertainment staff (Alex taught us some Jamaican moves!)and the bartenders at the WP - Javaine, Junior and Garnet were out of this world. We def. left wobbly a few times :D Anyway, we loved the place so much that we booked to come back. We usually never return to the same place because we want to check out other sites, but this place is too special not to return.

What a wonderful week! We have been to several Sandals resorts but never a butler resort. Wow is all I can say! The resort is a small resort however that is a plus. The beaches were small but nice, there are two sides of the resort, both have a beach. The grounds were beautiful as is the case with all Sandals resorts. The food was delicious however servings were kinda small however you could order as much as you like. The staff were excellent! From the GM Omar to the servers all were exceptional. A few I would like to mention are our Butlers, Adrian “Bigs” and Alrick! They were so attentive and met our every need. Garfield at the front desk was always willing to help. The beach servers Danielle, Tara, Trevardo, Devoy never had us waiting for anything! My wife went to the spa twice and said it was wonderful! Her masseuse was Shirley who she said was amazing! So many others that I wish I could recall. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the other resort Ochi that’s worth the ride! I mean it’s only five minutes. Room service was great also, always right on time! I could go on and on about how great everything was so I’ll just say we will return again soon!

We keep returning to our home in Jamaica. It's a homey resort with a beautiful view and beach. She needs a bit of TLC in the rooms and also the plumbing fixtures in the bathrooms, but we still return year after year. The staff including the management are a pleasure to be around and are very helpful. The food service is good, although the menu(s) do not change from day today or year to year.
