The staff was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Extremely courteous front desk workers as well as the kitchen staff at breakfast. Room was nice. Overall very pleasa...nt experience. There was a lady at the front desk with long dark hair and she was so pleasant and nice

This was a great place to stay for visiting Disney. The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was very clean as well. The staff was amazing and very helpful from the minute we arrived. Sarah, Verenice,... and Bobbie were extremely helpful with getting us oriented and giving us tips for our trip. They were so nice to my kids as well. The breakfast they provide is great. Definitely would stay here if we come back to the area.

This hotel is an excellent choice for families. The bar and kitchen are the standout features. Yesenia, our bartender, was exceptional! The pool is heated, and parking is hassle-free. Disneyland is just a ...few minutes away, within walking distance. Oh, and did I mention the bartenders are amazing?

The bed was very comfortable and the room clean, except for a silverfish which fell out when I unfolded a towel. Lots of steet noise at all hours and party noise from other nearby hotels. Walking distance... to the convention center. Convenient, expensive parking. Lots of eateries nearby.

the breakfast is good they have variety and cleaning ladies are very nice, except for front desk personal there not very nice. the hotel is nice however it does need a little clean up details specially the... carpet. and of course price will always be more than what quoted.
