There was nothing deluxe about their “deluxe suite” and to add insult to injury the “hospitality staff” was non-hospitable. I’ve stayed in the area many times and travelers can easily spend less and stay somewhere more comfortable. I would not recommend staying here, this is not a Marriott you would be accustomed to. See attached pictures. Unable to access your closet and bathroom at the same time (room is advertised as occupancy of 6). The room only comes with 3 drawers that are only deep enough to unpack your socks into. Low ceiling, an extremely dented refrigerator that is very loud, mold in the shower, and multiple holes in the blackout curtains.
Bad Treatment of a Lifetime Platinum Member

Hotel was in a good location and room was spacious and clean. My husband, a lifetime platinum member, needed to come here on business so we took the whole family due to it's proximity to Disneyland. He specifically called before making the reservation to see if late check out was an option and was told "yes" and to mention it upon arrival. He did that and was told to check back the morning of our departure. The day came and when he called he was told "we don't do late check out here" so the family was left with no where to be while he finished up his business meetings at the convention center. Very Disappointing! Just don't understand being told "yes" and then being told "we don't do late check out here." We won't be back.
