Overview
Palm Shaded courtyards and Spanish-style haciendas create the perfect climate for relaxation. Guests can soak up the sun or splash in the pool, designed as an archaeological dig site with a five-storey Mayan pyramid. Okay, Disney is no longer quality

Transportation from this hotel stinks, every trip is a “long cut”. No reason for buses to take a turn off from a straight route to make a trip longer, but they do. Staying in the tower costs more but is not an advantage. Housekeeping was great when you get it - at this price point should be at least every day, Disney still copping out with pandemic excuses to justify offering housekeeping every other day - no towels, no coffee, nothing. Quality across the resort has exponentially declined. We’ll vacation elsewhere for a while until Disney wakes up.
Club lounge review

Lovely hotel, we stayed in the tower and had access to the Club lounge. The hotel is lovely with good pools and grounds. We didn’t try the restaurants as we had Club access. The Club lounge was good and the staff very helpful and upbeat but there was pretty much the same food everyday, e.g melon and grapes and the same cookies. I had read on previous occasions that when it was someone’s birthday they gave presents or decorated your room this was not done for my child. Perhaps, they don’t do this anymore but as it’s Club you expect a little something special not just a badge, perhaps even just a birthday card from Mickey would have been nice. The buses were fine to the parks and ran on time.
