THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. BUS TO DISNEY AND BACK WAS GREAT. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. REASONABLE PRICED RESTAURANTS VERY NEAR ONLY NEGATIVE I AM A DIABETIC AND THEY DID NOT HAVE SUGAR FREE SYRUP.... CHECK IN AND OUT WAS EASY. HAS A POOL THAT MANY WOULD LIKE. FRONT DESK STAFF WAS PLEASANT AND COMPETANT.

I recently stayed at the property, and upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a very strong unpleasant smell — a mix between dirt and humidity — which was also present on the sheets. However, since... I was traveling with three children and we were all extremely tired, we decided to stay and rest rather than request a room change that night. The following morning, we left early for a full day at Disney and returned late around 10:30 PM. While we appreciated that the room had been “cleaned” during our absence, the strong odor persisted. Both nights, we had to lower the A/C to 60 degrees to try to manage the humidity smell and feel somewhat comfortable. Additionally, I observed holes in the bedsheets (I have taken a photos), and towels with stains. Not only that but the refrigerator froze our food and drinks. I also noticed that the wood under the fridge was damaged and falling apart which made the fridge being uneven. Another issue was the curtains, which did not close properly. I had to use my hair clip to close them because too much light was coming in from the street, making it very difficult to sleep. Another thing very unfortunate is that I have stayed at many Marriott properties, and I have never seen a Marriott we complementary breakfast where you are not allowed to serve yourself. It felt very uncomfortable not being able to get my own plate, and it seemed like they were trying to ration the food. When I brought my concerns to the lady at the front desk, she simply gave me an email address and told me to contact them. It was a very poor and disappointing response. I stayed at this property about two years ago and noticed that while some amenities, such as the game area, have been added, the rooms themselves feel very outdated and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I . am dissatisfied with my stay and do not anticipate returning in the future.

Very clean room and bathroom. Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was great although the area was very crowded. Convenient location near WDW. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, basi...c hotel near Walt Disney World or other theme parks.

The staff especially Veronica was great. The Room was good. The convenience to Disney world and NO PARKING FEE! was great as well They has a shuttle to Disney World which saved us $30.00 a day. We plan to ...return to this Marriot. The Asst. GM promised us a credit due to a coupled of problems with the room. We are waiting for the credit.

This place was above what I thought it would be. The friendly service, great rooms, wonderful breakfast - and above and beyond - the shuttle to the theme parks was such a brilliant surprise that it saved t...he hassle of parking ourself. I would go back when in Orlando again.
